ARE EVENT TICKETS REFUNDABLE
No, all tickets once purchased are non refundable and non cancellable unless it falls under Athlete Family and Friends program, or the Consumer Guarantee 75% program. It is your responsible to ensure you have travel insurance to cover you for any unforeseen circumstances.

HOW DO I GET A VISA?
Please contact your local British Embassy or British High Commission. We do not assist with any Visa applications unless you purchase a package that includes accommodation, and for these situations we will issue you an invitation letter if required. Ticket only purchasers please discuss your visa requirements with your accommodation provider. A failure to obtain a visa does not mean you can apply for a refund for your event tickets as they remain non cancellable and non refundable.
